A big thank you from SOS KIT AID to Crediton Rugby Club in Devon, and especially to Chairperson, Liz Goodman (pictured) and her colleagues.

Following a stocktake of playing kit and equipment recently, Liz and her able helpers were able to find seven large binbags full of good quality Crediton RFC Rugby shirts.

Phil Forgham, SOS KIT AID representative in Devon was able to collect them from Crediton’s clubhouse, and they will soon be on their way to disadvantaged children and young adults overseas, to help them take up the sport of Rugby.

Crediton RFC is a flourishing Rugby Club just north of Exeter, and boasts an impressive list of teams. The 1st XV plays in the Regional 2 South West league against many of the heavyweights of Devon Rugby.

In addition, Crediton has two other senior men’s teams, a flourishing Ladies section, a Junior section with eight age groups, a Girls section with four age groups, and even a relatively new Walking Rugby section.
