SOS Kit Aid 14th South West Golf Day took place at Kingsdown Golf Club Nr Bath on Friday 10th September with a full house of 36 teams.

The weather was okay, the beer buggies were in full flow and oh yes, the golf was pretty good judging by some of the scores.

A range of stunning prizes were on offer, including a new car, courtesy of Andy Lane at Lane Pearson UK of Bristol, plus a prize being offered on every hole for some sort of shot!

A huge thanks goes to our Ambassadors , sponsors, supporters and volunteers and of course those who took part on the day, especially everyone at Kingsdown GC who supported and worked tirelessly to make the day run smoothly.

We were also treated to an insight of the British & Irish Lions by former Wales and Lions legend, John Taylor, supported in many ways by another Welsh and Lions legend Graham Price.

Thanks to everyone for making this a stunning day, to raise much needed funds to enable recycled rugby kit to be transported around the world, to benefit disadvantaged youngsters.
